Mr. Kaplan practiced law with large firms in New York City and is admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey and Washington DC.

Kelly Phillips Erb is a tax attorney and shareholder with the Erb Law Firm, PC in Philadelphia. With a JD and LL.M. in Taxation, Ms. Erb’s experience in tax law spans, tax planning for corporations, nonprofit and charitable organizations; domestic and international tax planning and tax controversy matters such as delinquencies, offers in compromise and audits. Ms. Erb also pens the popular informational and entertaining blog, Taxgirl.
